At Juicy Vape Shop, we offer a couple of shipping options to our customers. The shipping method you choose does not affect how quickly your orders get placed or processed. We try to ship all In-stock orders that get placed prior to 1:30 PM PST the same day. Our warehouse is closed on Saturday and Sunday, so all online orders placed on the weekend will be processed for Monday morning. In some situations though, it may take up to 3 days to process and ship your order. Backordered items will ship as soon as they become in stock.

You must have valid ID to present that matches the order for pickup/delivery that matches the order information. 

Orders will automatically be declined by our merchant interface if the billing address does not match the billing address on file for the registered credit card being used. 

We offer Canada Post shipping options across Canada. Shipping rates are calculated on the checkout page, as well as a delivery time estimate.

For any In-Store Pickup orders, we will have them ready within 24 hrs, and email you as soon as your item(s) are ready for pickup.  If you do not pick-up your order within 3 days of it being ready for pickup, we will automatically cancel the order and payment will be refunded.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders if credentials are not matched up with the shipping address, name, signatures ect, to help ensure only those that are of the age of majority can access these adult products. Photo ID will be required to pickup any orders, this ID must match the information on the order placed or we reserve the right to keep the item(s).
